1、 The purpose of low-temperature vacuum drying oven:
This series of low-temperature vacuum drying ovens is suitable for drying thermosensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, polymerization, or deterioration at high temperatures. Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and there should be no impurities mixed into the material during the drying process. It belongs to a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged, and it is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and electronics.
2、 The principle of low-temperature vacuum drying oven:
Place the dried material under vacuum conditions and heat dry it,Low temperature vacuum drying ovenIt uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, which accelerates the drying rate. When the heating temperature is constant and the vacuum degree is increased, the drying rate can be accelerated.
